Recognition is an intangible acknowledgment of people’s behaviors, personal efforts or contributions. Reward is something tangible given in return for service or effort, and an Award is a symbol of recognition for an achievement or milestone.

During the season of thankfulness, it is important that we stop and reflect. In today's fast-paced business world, fostering a culture of gratitude is essential for creating a thriving workplace.
