In Part One of our series on developing a people-centric culture of recognition, we talked about what it takes to create a culture that values recognition, incorporates it from top to bottom and includes all employees.

It’s hard to not hear the word coronavirus or pandemic in the news over the past month. As cases of the virus continue to multiply across the world, now is the time for employers in the U.S. and around the world to create, revise or review an infectious disease plan, and most importantly share it with employees before it hits close to home.

At the end of this week (Friday, March 6^th), the workforce will celebrate one of our favorite official “unofficial” holidays, Employee Appreciation Day!

Retaining employees has become one of the highest priorities for CEOs and HR leaders today. In many sectors, employee retention is now a critical factor in determining and maintaining a competitive advantage.
