When I assumed the role of CEO at TharpeRobbins in March, it was with great respect for the long history of innovation and customer service that made us an industry leader. At the same time, I also assumed my role with the intention of filling a gap in the HR field that I believe has existed for many years.

As CHRO and then president of IBM’s Kenexa division, I learned about the power of analytics in making HR decisions based on measurable business outcomes. Many HR departments today lack data-driven insights that can transform the rest of the enterprise.  Engage2Excel exists to help HR measure, manage, and improve employee engagement and recognition programs to drive bottom-line results.
